LUKAS collects, processes and uses your personal data only with your consent or contract implementation for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the DSGVO; this in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions.

Only such personal data is collected as is necessary for the implementation and processing of the goods deliveries and services offered by us and requested by you or which you have voluntarily made available to us.

The customer expressly agrees that “LUKAS” is entitled to store and process personal data of the customer by means of electronic data agreement in accordance with the DGVO.

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to correction, data transmission, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or illegally processed data.

If there are any changes to your personal data, we request that you inform us accordingly.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case, provided that this does not involve disproportionate effort, can be sent to the address of the law firm mentioned in point 10.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the possibility to complain to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the responsibility of the data protection authority.

Data security

The protection of your personal data is carried out by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information that you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons.

Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors not caused by us in data transmission and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hack attack on e-mail account or telephone, interception of faxes).

Use of the data

We will not process the data made available to us for purposes other than those covered by your inquiry and the contract or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the DSGVO. Excepted from this is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been made anonymous.

In order to fulfil your order, it may also be necessary to pass on your data to third parties (e.g. service providers, tax consultants, etc.) or authorities. Your data will be forwarded exclusively on the basis of the DSGVO, in particular to fulfil your order or on the basis of your prior consent.

Publication of data breaches

We make every effort to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant regulatory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.

Storage of data

We will not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations and to ward off any liability claims.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Dealing with comments and contributions

If you leave a contribution or comment on this website, your IP address will be saved. This serves the security of the website operator: If your text violates the law, he wants to be able to trace your identity.
